About Phelan Insurance
For more than 30 years, Phelan Insurance has surveyed our insureds as part of our continuous improvement program. In 2018, we introduced NPS tracking as the newest evolution of this program. We have consistently scored around 80 and are always excited to read the frequent positive comments. However, more importantly, we have also received constructive criticism that has allowed us to get better.
